QLD:Vote for Bligh or Newman: Nicholls

LNP treasury spokesman TIM NICHOLLS says Queenslanders should vote for the leader they
want and leave other decisions to the partyroom.

Opposition MPs are confused about who'll be deputy leader if the LNP wins the next
state election with leader-in-waiting CAMPBELL NEWMAN.

The Brisbane lord mayor's switch to state politics will be formalised with his preselection
on Sunday.

He's named JEFF SEENEY as his deputy and leader inside the parliament until Queensland
goes to the polls .. but Mr Nicholls says the partyroom will decide all positions if it
wins the election .. including deputy leader.

But Mr NICHOLLS has told ABC Radio .. the choice for voters is abundantly clear ..

either ANNA BLIGH or Mr NEWMAN.
